Workout assistant app allows to define movement, add them to combinations and create trainings from them. In trainings, it is possible to define number of rounds, round and rest duration. When a workout starts, the program says combinations defined by user and the user must repeat all the moves from that combination. For that, depending on the combination length, is allocated a time window.
